Landroid M, L (LCD display) warnings

This tutorial will help you how to deal with Landroid M and L models warnings.

Error messages

  1. Outside working area! Press START to reset: please refer to this article "Outside working area" error
  2. Wire missing: Press START to reset: please refer to this article "Wire missing" error
  3. Wrong PIN: Please retry.

  4. Blade motor blocked: Press START to reset:  please refer to this article "Blade motor fault" error

  5. Wheel motor blocked: Press START to reset:  please refer to this article "Wheel motor blocked" error
  6. Upside down: Press START to reset: please refer to this article "Mower upside down" error
  7. Mower Trapped: Press START to reset:  please refer to this article "Mower Trapped" error
  8. Mower lifted: Press START to reset: please refer to this article "Mower lifted" error
  9. Mower locked: please refer to this article Landroid lock function
  10. Battery voltage too low: please charge battery. Turn Landroid off and place it in the charging base, then ‘Emergency charging’ will be displayed and it will start charging. If the battery error still persist, your battery is damaged and need to be changed.
  11. Battery temperature out of range: please wait. Temperature gets too high (over 55°C) while charging: place the charging base in the shade or wait until the temperature cools down.

    a. Charging base is not placed correctly (not on a flat ground) so Landroid can't find the charging pins and doesn’t stop. Check the base placement.

    b. Landroid runs out of battery before reaching the charging base. Boundary wire length should not exceed 350 meters.

  12. Can’t find charge station: press START to reset.

Functional messages

  1. Cutting grass: Landroid is cutting grass according to the mowing schedule.
  2. Raining: please refer to this article How to set up rain delay?
  3. Going home: Landroid needs to recharge its battery. During the journey to the base, the cutting blade is stopped in order to save energy.

  4. Charging: ‘Charging’ and charge percentage are displayed.

  5. No working time scheduled: Landroid is in stand-by. 

  6. Not working today: Landroid is in Stand-by. It will start according to the mowing schedule.

  7. Work done today: Landroid is in Stand-by. It will start according to the mowing schedule.

  8. Zone searching: Landroid is looking for the area to mow.

  9. Charge complete: Landroid is now fully charged.

  10. Emergency charge: Landroid is charging in a powered-off state.
